The Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) outlines the methods by which your personal information is processed when using hokeX, a platform that enables communication with bots powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). This Privacy Policy is applicable to activities carried out by Hokex, Inc., along with its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as “hokeX,” “we,” or “us”). Hokex Inc. acts as the data controller for your personal information and is responsible for providing you with this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect & How It Is Used

Account Information: To create an account and verify your identity, we collect your email address and phone number. We also generate a user ID for your hokeX account. This information may be used to communicate with you regarding your account.

Contact List: With your consent, hokeX may access and periodically sync your phone’s contact list, facilitating your ability to find and connect with friends on hokeX.

Device Information: We collect information about your device type and operating system for analytical purposes and to address product issues.

Third-Party Application Login: You can log into your hokeX account using third-party applications (e.g., Google and Apple). When utilizing this method, we collect your name and email address associated with the third-party application for authentication and identity verification purposes.

Subscription Billing Data: We use a third-party service provider to collect and process your billing information when you subscribe to hokeX. The information they collect may include your name, billing address, credit or debit card details, phone number, and email address.

Interactions with hokeX: Our third-party LLM providers may receive information about your interactions with hokeX (including chat content, upvotes, etc.) to offer and improve their services (but not for model training purposes). Your account information is anonymized before being shared with our LLM providers. Note that any information you provide to bots on hokeX will be shared with the third-party LLM providers powering the bots, and you are not required to share sensitive personal information with the bots (e.g., credit card information, social security information, etc.).
